How do I view My Schedule entries in Microsoft Outlook?

When you open your Microsoft Outlook calendar, all of your Vault CRM entries are synced with your Microsoft Outlook entries.

The following types of My Schedule entries display in the Microsoft Outlook calendar:

• Call reports
• Standard events
• Medical events
• Meeting requests
• Time Off Territory

You shouldn’t edit My Schedule entries from the Microsoft Outlook calendar. because the changes are not reflected in Vault CRM.
